Whenever an order is created in WooCommerce, our WooCommerce extension automatically creates a new contact in your Zoho CRM. This contact is enriched with relevant information from the corresponding WooCommerce customer, such as their name, email address, shipping address, and any additional details they provided during checkout.

As a result, your customer data remains consistent and accessible across both platforms in real time.
