1. Customer Requests Cheque Pickup:

• The customer places a pickup request in the Zoho Creator app to pick up the cheque for their order.

2. Generating Packing Slip and Address Validation

• Upon receiving the request, the system automatically:

  • Generates a packing slip containing details about the cheque pickup

  • The generated packing slip includes details like the customer's address and the scheduled pickup date and time.

  • To ensure accuracy, the customer's address is validated using ShipEngine's API. This verification helps prevent potential delays or issues during the pickup process.

3. Packing Slip Delivery and Tracking:

• If the address is valid:

  • ShipEngine will automatically send the packing slip containing details like pickup date, time, and location via email to the customer.

  • Customers can conveniently track the pickup status directly within the Zoho Creator app, offering transparency and peace of mind.

4. Customer Prints Label and Awaits Pickup:

• The customer receives the packing slip via email containing:

  • Instructions to print a label for the courier.

  • Details about the scheduled pickup date and time.

• The customer prints the packing slip and attaches it as a label to the package containing the cheque.

5. Cheque Pickup and Order Release:

• On the scheduled date and time, the courier company will arrive at the customer's location to pick up the package

• Once the seller receives the cheque and verifies its authenticity, they will proceed to release the customer's order.
