How much does Zoho AI agent development cost?
There is no single price for every AI agent. Cost depends on what the agent needs to do,
the number of workflows and applications involved, data sources, integrations, security
requirements and the level of testing. After understanding your use case, we provide a
scoped proposal with deliverables, estimated effort, timeline and charges.
Do I need to pay separately for AI tools, APIs or subscriptions?
Possibly. Depending on the solution, there may be separate charges for AI model usage,
API consumption, third-party platforms, hosting or Zoho plan upgrades. These are not
automatically included in YAALI's development fee. We identify the services required,
explain any expected recurring or usage-based costs, and clarify what is included in the
proposal before you approve the project.
Will this work with my existing Zoho applications and setup?
In many cases, yes. We first review your current Zoho applications, configuration,
edition and available integration options. The solution may use existing workflows and
data, extend your current setup, or require additional configuration or licensing. We
will explain any dependencies before development starts.
Can you build AI solutions without replacing our current Zoho system?
Yes. The goal is usually to make your existing Zoho ecosystem more useful, not replace
it. We can explore AI capabilities within or alongside applications such as Zoho CRM,
Creator, Books, Desk and other connected systems, subject to the available APIs,
permissions and technical requirements.
Will an AI agent have access to all our business data?
No. Access should be designed around the use case and your business rules. We discuss
which records and systems the solution needs, apply appropriate permissions and data
boundaries, and include human approval for sensitive actions where required. The final
access model is agreed during solution design.
Can the AI agent take actions, or does it only answer questions?
It can do more than answer questions when the use case, connected systems and permissions
support it. An agent may retrieve information, prepare updates, create or update
records, trigger workflows or hand tasks to a person. We define which actions can run
automatically and which require confirmation or approval.
How long will development take?
Timelines depend on the scope, complexity, integrations, data readiness and approval
cycles. A focused proof of concept may take less time than a production-ready agent
involving multiple systems and controls. We provide an estimated schedule with project
milestones after reviewing your requirements.
Do you provide testing, deployment and post-launch support?
We can include testing, deployment, documentation, team handover and ongoing support in
the engagement. The exact coverage, support period and response expectations are defined
in the proposal. Ongoing enhancements or managed support can be scoped separately based
on your needs.
What if our requirements change after the project starts?
We review the requested change and explain its impact on scope, cost and timeline before
proceeding. Small clarifications can be handled within the agreed scope where
appropriate. New features, integrations or workflows are estimated and approved
separately so there are no unexpected additions.
How do we get started if we are not sure AI is right for our process?
Start with a conversation about the business problem, not a preselected AI tool. We can
review the workflow, identify where AI may help, and recommend whether a standard Zoho
feature, workflow automation, custom AI integration or an AI agent is the most suitable
approach.
