We have developed a extension- Salesforce CRM Extension for Bigin which enables you to instantly transfer and bidirectionally synchronize data from Bigin (Contacts, Companies, Products, and Pipelines) to Salesforce CRM (Contacts, Accounts, Products, Opportunities) and vice versa. This ensures that CRM information is always up-to-date and accurate across both platforms, eliminating data discrepancies or duplicates.

Our extension also allows you to seamlessly sync Pipelines (custom or standard ones) between Bigin (Pipelines) and Salesforce CRM (Opportunities) along with the associated data and stages, updated in both the platforms. To do this, configuring the necessary settings and authorizations from the extension settings page and it must be performed to seamlessly transfer data from Bigin to Salesforce CRM and vice versa. With the Salesforce CRM Extension for Bigin, creating contacts in Bigin triggers automatic creation of corresponding contacts in Salesforce and vice versa.This seamless integration ensures that contact information stays synchronized across both platforms, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of discrepancies. and ensuring that your contact data is consistent and up-to-date in both Bigin and Salesforce CRM.

Bigin Companies <--> Salesforce Accounts

When you create a company in Bigin, a corresponding account is automatically created in Salesforce, and vice versa. Any updates you made to a company in Bigin, such as adding new information or changing existing details, are automatically reflected in the corresponding account in Salesforce.

Conversely, any updates you made to an account in Salesforce automatically flow back to the corresponding company in Bigin. This two-way synchronization eliminates the risk of discrepancies and ensures your data remains accurate in both CRMs.

Bigin Products <--> Salesforce Products

Create a product in Bigin, and watch it automatically appear in Salesforce and vice versa. Update any product details (like descriptions, pricing, variants, etc.) in either Bigin or Salesforce and have those changes automatically reflected in the other system.This eliminates the need for manual updating of product data and avoids the possibility of errors in that data. By synchronizing in both directions, your teams will always have the most up-to-date information about the product.e

Bigin Pipelines <--> Salesforce Opportunities

Whenever you create a Pipeline (Custom or Standard) in Bigin, our extension automatically creates the corresponding opportunities in Salesforce along with the respective stage, and vice versa.

The synchronization process between Bigin and Salesforce is bidirectional. This means that whenever a deal progresses to the next stage in Bigin Pipelines, it will be automatically updated in the Salesforce Opportunities module with the respective stage. Similarly, when a deal is updated in Salesforce, it will be reflected in the corresponding pipeline stage in Bigin as well. This ensures that the data on both platforms stays in sync and reflects the status of the deals accurately.

Note: Our extension currently supports record synchronization based on Single Team Pipelines and Single Sub Pipelines.
