  1. Data Integration: We started by importing data from Zoho CRM into Zoho Analytics.

  2. Building the Commission Structure: Using Zoho Analytics' powerful querying tools, we carefully built the commission structure from scratch.

  3. Creating the Commission Dashboard: We combined all the elements—product rates, time-based calculations, performance bonuses, and the staircase commission model—into one easy-to-use dashboard.
